Roberto Ricci Design is the name of the brand known as RRD . It is an Italian brand, born in 1989, from Roberto Ricci's passion for sport, especially those linked to the sea. His first productions are, in fact, handmade surfboards, super personalized and tailor-made for those who love to face the waves head-on. His boards are a success, so Roberto also begins to think about clothing to match the different water sports, such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, SUP and everything you can imagine. Only later, RRD also thinks about casual clothing, whose iconic jackets are perfect for boat trips, as well as on the ski slopes. Its production, in fact, is now divided into two parts: clothing related to sports and casual clothing, i.e. what you find in our store. Jackets, shirts, knitwear, trousers and accessories, such as hats, are models inspired by the free, outdoor life and are characterized by a casual style and great attention to the technical aspect of the fabrics and padding. The RRD collections reflect a minimal style, but always suitable to withstand any climatic condition. Polyurethane, a typical fabric used for the construction of diving suits, is also used for jackets, while ultralight Lycra® fleece is used for models that always keep you warm. RRD fabrics dry quickly, do not need to be ironed and are always ready to accompany you on your thousand adventures.

RRD new collection

The new RRD collection remains in the wake of the brand's class: garments with technical touches, which you can wear for a casual or smart-casual style, depending on the occasion. The garment-dyed velvet-effect Lycra cargo trousers are suitable for sneakers, but also for lace-ups or moccasins, because they are very versatile. With the same fabric, you can also find the five-pocket model, made like a pair of jeans. RRD innovations are also reflected in garments such as the Oxford shirt, with spread collar: its texture is aesthetically similar to cotton, but is instead obtained with 86% polyamide and 14% elastane. The advantage is that the garment dries quickly, does not need to be ironed and is extremely breathable on the skin.
The sweatshirts are also made in an innovative way, because the "Ultrasound Welded & Taped" assembly system allows designers to join the different parts of the garment without resorting to sewing. The RRD wardrobe is designed down to the smallest details and is dedicated to a man who loves to be elegant, even when he is in not particularly formal environments.

RRD jackets

Perhaps, RRD 's most iconic piece is the jackets. These are highly technological models, which the brand creates for winter and mid-season. The Revo jacket with hood is in super matt Lycra, padded with ultra-flat water-repellent wadding, which creates almost no thickness. The same model is also available in the vest version. Along with these, there are also blazers, always made of ultralight material, perfect for important appointments. Lightweight and breathable, they can be worn both with chinos and a pair of jeans, to satisfy every need related to clothing and situations.
