How to request a return
To request a return, log in to your account by clicking the profile icon in the store menu or via the link Account.

Enter your email address and click Continue.

You will receive a six-digit verification code via email.

Enter the code on the website to access your account.

Select the order and click Request return.

Select the items you wish to return, indicate the reason for the return, and submit the request.
Once the request is approved, you will receive an email with the instructions and, if applicable, the shipping label.
The deadline to request a return is 14 days from the order delivery date.
Return costs
Italy
For orders delivered in Italy, the return cost is €10.
The amount will be deducted from the refund at the time of processing.
International orders
For orders delivered outside Italy, return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
For international returns, free returns for size or color exchanges are not available.
Any customs duties or import charges remain the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund if incurred by the seller.
Size or color exchange (only for orders delivered in Italy)
The return is free if you wish to exchange the size or color of the same item.
To ensure the availability of the desired variant, we ask you to place a new order as soon as possible with the correct size or color.
Once the return has been received and the presence of the new order has been verified, we will proceed with the refund of the returned item.
If the replacement item is also returned at a later time, €20 will be deducted from the refund, corresponding to the cost of both return shipments.
The free exchange is valid only once per order.
Conditions of returned items
Items must be returned:

unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

complete with original tags, packaging, and accessories

in the same condition in which they were received
Footwear must have perfectly intact soles and must be returned with the original box, which is considered an integral part of the product.
edwardtrani.it reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions listed above. In this case, the goods will be sent back to the sender.
Receipt of goods
All items are carefully inspected before shipping.
At the time of delivery we recommend that you:
If the package appears intact

always sign with reservation of inspection
(e.g., “Accepted with reservation of inspection for possible hidden damage”).
If the package shows visible damage

refuse delivery stating the reason
(e.g., “Package visibly damaged”, “Package open”, etc.).
In the absence of specific reservations at the time of delivery, the product will be considered correctly delivered.
Return packaging
Our packaging is designed to highlight any tampering.
We ask you to:

use the adhesive return tab on the box
-
do not apply adhesive tape, labels, or additional materials that could damage the original packaging
Any tampering or alteration of the packaging may invalidate the right of return.
Refund
The refund will be processed after the return has been received and verified.

Credit card: approximately 10 working days (depending on the banking circuit)

PayPal: immediate refund to the account

Bank transfer: it will be necessary to communicate the IBAN and account holder via email
