We ship throughout Italy and worldwide using carefully selected couriers to provide reliable service and fast delivery. Below you will find our shipping rates, estimated delivery times and other useful information.

United Kingdom: We accept orders for delivery to the UK only when the order value exceeds GBP 135.
Delivery times are estimates calculated from the dispatch date and may vary depending on the destination, courier and any applicable customs procedures. All delivery estimates refer to business days.
Order processing and dispatch
Every order is prepared with care and is generally handed over to the courier by the next business day after order confirmation.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday are dispatched on Tuesday morning. Shipments are processed on business days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. All times refer to Italian local time.
Order tracking
As soon as your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. This allows you to follow your shipment until delivery.
International shipping and customs
For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes and additional charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs clearance may result in longer delivery times. If delivery is refused, any return shipping costs and customs charges actually incurred may be deducted from the refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
