Refunds
To request a return authorization, click on the profile icon in the store menu or log in via the following link: Account.
Log in to your account:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address, then click "Continue". In your email account, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code included.
Return to the online store, then enter the six-digit verification code.
Click "Request return" for the order you wish to submit the return for.
If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.
Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
📌 Returns are free of charge only for orders delivered in Italy.
📅 The deadline to request a return is 20 days from the date of dispatch of the goods.

All our items are carefully checked before being packed and handed over to the courier. From the moment the package leaves our warehouse, responsibility for any damage or delays passes to the carrier.
WE DO NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES, CHANGE OF RESIDENCE, OR OTHER ERRORS NOT ATTRIBUTABLE TO OUR OPERATIONS.

To protect you in case of transport damage, we ask for your cooperation in carefully following these instructions upon delivery:
✅ If the package appears intact externally:
Always sign with reservation of inspection.
• If signing on paper: write “Accepted with reservation of inspection for possible hidden damage.”
• If signing on an electronic device: type “Reservation for hidden damage” before signing.
⚠️ Do not accept generic reservation promises from the courier. The wording must be written by you before signing.
❌ If the package shows visible damage to the packaging:
Refuse delivery and clearly state the reason by writing on the receipt:
• “Package visibly damaged”
• “Package opened”
• “Package pierced/wet/damaged”
Take detailed photos of the damage as soon as possible.
If no specific reservations are made at the time of delivery, the product will be considered correctly delivered.
📦 Returns and packaging
Our packaging is designed to highlight any tampering attempts. Each box has a dedicated adhesive flap for returns and does not require additional adhesives, either for the return or the shipment.
Our branded bags will contain an additional return bag, making the process simple and safe even for this type of packaging.
Please:
• Do not apply additional packaging materials (tape, stickers, labels, etc.) that may alter the original packaging.
• Report and document with photos any anomalies found in the packaging, especially if you notice materials that are not part of our standard packaging.
Any unauthorized addition will be considered tampering and may invalidate the possibility of returning the item.
To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to info@edwardtrani.it . The email must specify the items to be returned; alternatively, the Customer may contact us by phone at +39 348 516 4486.

The items must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must not show any signs of use.
The soles of shoes must be in perfect condition and show no marks of any kind.
Each item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories received with the order.
All shoes and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product and must not be damaged and/or used as the only external packaging.
edwardtrani.it reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with all the stated conditions. In such cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received, inspected, and accepted.
• For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available in about 10 days and visible on the next statement (timing may vary depending on the banking circuit).
• For orders paid with PayPal, the amount will be immediately refunded to the account.
• For orders paid by bank transfer, an email with the IBAN code and account holder is required.
🔁 Important: any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and, in case of refused shipment or exchange, the return costs (including customs fees) will be deducted from the refund.
